Hello 2014! Who else is excited for a new year? The start of a new year is always refreshing and rejuvenating giving people the choice to make positive changes, lifestyles and decisions. What is your new years resolution? Although many choose to loose weight, work out often or eat healthy, many others are making smaller strides towards a healthier lifestyle. Here are a few popular new years resolutions from this year, any look familiar?
1. Get a better education – furthering one’s education is always something to stride for. This is one of the top resolutions of 2014
2. Get Fit – we have all heard this one before. Rather than giving yourself a broad goal such as “getting fit” give yourself a more descriptive goal such as, “working out for 30 minutes 3 times per week”, it’s actually reachable.
3. Manage Debt – this is also a popular, and important, goal to have. Why not start in the new year of 2014?
4. Eat Healthy Food – coinciding with getting fit or losing weight, eating healthy is something everyone strives for. And the new year is the perfect time to do so!
